The Coffee and Connect Café opens its doors each month to serve up insights and ideas to supercharge your book writing journey.
You are invited to join us for these informal events. Each month, there will be a topic to inspire you. You'll be encouraged and motivated on your book writing journey by your fellow authors and book mentor.
You can ask questions about the book writing process or get help in any area where you feel stuck or want advice. We can delve into areas like mindset and motivation, writing techniques, publishing strategies, and book marketing tips.
It's on Zoom. It's informal and free. We simply want to inspire you to take action with your book writing project! Please note there will be no replay and places are limited, so book yourself on to your preferred sessions.
Upcoming Café Sessions
Tuesday 3 February, 12-1pm - “How to Write the Right Book for Your Business”
Your book should do more than share your expertise – it should support your message, your goals, and the clients you most want to reach. This month, we’ll explore how to align your idea with your business so you can write with intention and clarity, and how your book can become a powerful tool for growth.
Tuesday 3 March, 12-1pm - “Make Your Book Pay Its Way”
Writing a book takes time, energy, and commitment – so it makes sense to think about what it can give back along the way. In this session, we’ll explore practical, realistic ways authors can create momentum, visibility, and return during the writing process, rather than waiting until publication day to see results.
Tuesday 7 April, 12-1pm - “AI and Authorship”
AI is changing how books are written, researched, and even marketed – but it’s also raising questions about originality, voice, and what it really means to be an author. In this session, we’ll explore how AI can support the writing process without replacing the thinking, experience, and perspective that make your book uniquely yours.
